Kevin is a results-driven real estate development professional with extensive expertise in Los Angeles. He has a deep understanding of a city’s regulatory landscape and a broad network spanning key jurisdictions, including the City of Los Angeles Planning Department, LADBS, LA Public Works, LA County Health, LADWP, SoCal Gas, and SoCal Edison. He has personally overseen the financing, acquisitions, entitlements, design, permitting, and construction of over 500,000 SF of commercial kitchen redevelopment, including 46 facilities and 1,200 operating kitchens. Additionally, he has managed the redevelopment of 125,000 SF of high-end retail space.

Alina is a passionate interior designer, and with more than 10 years’ experience in residential and commercial spaces, Alina started her journey when she enrolled in Bucharest’s Bioengineering program for her degree. It was there that she discovered the most innovative biomaterials and how people interact with their environment. Over time, she developed an acute eye for detail, quality, and craftsmanship that forms the building blocks of everything inside and outside of us. Her creative, innovating detailed thinking and love for color, texture, and patterns lead her to follow a career in interior design. With a better understanding of both worlds, and the ability to provide a comprehensive solution tailored for each individual, she heads out Interior Design division.
